Free Home/Office Cleaning are governed by the stipulations contained herein.

Home/Office must be no more than 1500 sq feet!

Home/Office must be in the SW area of Houston.

Representative for the clean MUST be available by phone in order to schedule cleaning.

Home/Business must concede to receiving other offers from our cleaning company for further services via email.

Must consent to having before/after photos and videos of your home/office taken.

Our goal of free services are to utilize your space in our marketing materials.

We will not disclose any locations, addresses, Personal Information (including photos of you and your family), or any other information which you do not desire to disclose.

You Don’t Pay Until After your Cleaning Appointment, Cancel Anytime
You won’t be billed until the day of your appointment. Cancel or make a change to your appointment online at any time through our change appointment page.
Note: We use the number of bedrooms/offices and bathrooms to determine the size of the living spaces. These include living rooms, kitchens, dens and dining rooms.

The more bedrooms/offices and bathrooms in a home/business the more square footage there is to clean. This is why we ask to know about all the bedrooms/offices and bathrooms in your home/business which you desire for us to clean.

If you book for a one bedroom/office cleaning and have a 3 bedroom/office home/business. We will be happy to give you a percentage discount for not needing a bedroom/office cleaned. However, we may ask to include those bedrooms/offices in the final price. This is done to compensate for the extra time spent cleaning the general living/business areas.
