Job Description

Maid to Order only hires the best. We hold our teams to a high standard.

Our home cleaning providers are responsible for not only cleaning our customer’s homes/businesses including bedrooms/offices, bathrooms, hallways, and other living spaces.

They must also provide top-notch customer service and are held to Maid to Order's standards of cleaning.

It involves teamwork, communication, being on time, being honest, and the ability to provide great customer service.

Pay

Earn more on larger jobs.
The average team makes $800 to $1,600 per week. That’s $400-$800 per person.

Prior professional and paid home cleaning experience
Access to the Internet, mobile phone, and a car
At least one member of the team must speak and read English
Authorized to work in the US and must pass a background check
Have a partner to work with
Customer service skills: Don’t need experience just need to be good with people.
Access to the internet at least once a day to receive jobs

Who is MAID TO ORDer?

Maid to Order is the home and commercial cleaning business wholly owned by Motha's, LLC. Our cleaning company is based in Fayetteville, NC and operating in Fayetteville, Greensboro, and Raleigh/Durham metro areas including up to 20 miles outside of the city and county limits of each metroplex. Whether you’re looking to take on 15 jobs a week or just 2, we need your help and want to work with you.

What’s it like to work with maid to order?

Maid to Order runs mostly off a mobile app, but unlike other mobile app-based home cleaning companies, you’ll always have a number to call or text when you need help.

No more, texting the support line or sending an email when you get locked out of a house only to get a response 2 days later. If you need to speak to someone, YOU WILL!

We pick up the phone when our home cleaners call, every time. In cases where we can’t, we’ll call back within 15 minutes.

At Maid to Order, we understand that we can’t make everyone happy. When customers complain, we always take into account who’s complaining and adjust accordingly. As part of treating everyone with empathy and respect, you won’t get blamed for issues with crazy customers. We’ve all had to clean for someone who was a little loopy. Those customers won’t be allowed to tarnish your reputation at Maid to Order.

We’re now looking for fantastic home cleaners in Fayetteville, Sanford, Hope Mills, Raeford, Chappel Hill, Cary, Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, High Point, Burlington, Winston-Salem, & Martinsville, VA. That said when giving cleaning jobs we’ll always keep you as close to home as possible and keep drive times down. There’s already enough driving in this business, and there’s no need to drive halfway across the State to clean a house.
